WHAT TO EXPECT?
Our MMA workouts are adaptable in intensity, techniques, and sparring levels, making them suitable for everyone—from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Each class is designed to keep you engaged and motivated, with varied workouts that challenge you constantly.
Classes typically last around 60 minutes and follow a structured format:
Warm-Up: A certified coach will lead you through a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for training.
Technique Instruction: You'll receive detailed demonstrations and guidance on the day’s focus, whether it’s striking or grappling.
Drills and Sparring: Engage in partner drills and, when ready, controlled sparring to apply what you've learned in real-time.
